How AWS Bedrock makes your business difference

Updated: Feb 26

From the dream that both of you and I as a business owner once wished for, that we would be able to work comfortably, with AI robots constantly answering questions at all times, even when you are asleep, or if you want to create content, images, or videos to create advertising campaigns from the actual data of your business, not general information from the internet. The fun part is that your business will really have AI to assist in the business today through AWS Bedrock.

The special feature of AWS Bedrock is that as a business owner, you can hire AI robots that can meet the specific needs of your business.

For example, Amazon Titan excels in text summarization. When you ask questions like, "Which category of your products sells the best?", AI will generate data visualizations based on searches in your own data repository. It will also provide business advice tailored to your needs.

This is an example of how using AI can make it easier and faster for your business to operate together.

Another example is Llama, developed by Meta, the same company that owns Facebook. Llama specializes in interacting with your customers using language that is easy to understand, similar to hiring someone to handle customer sales for you 24/7 without any days off.

Assuming that today you are the owner of a clothing store, answering customer questions quickly and closing sales efficiently is crucial to the success of this business. It is important to be able to answer correctly. From the example, we have hired AI as a stylist who not only closes sales but also serves as a fashion advisor to customers simultaneously

AI Stylist : "Hi, I’m your personal stylist. Let’s find an outfit that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Can you tell me more about what you are looking for?"

Suppose the customer replies back : "I am a consultant traveling to New York next week. What kind of outfit should I wear on my first day in the office?"

AI will listen to the customer's questions, process the search for products that are likely to be liked by the customer, and pull up images of our products to show the customer via chat. It will recommend two outfit options based on the examples below: Business formal and Business casual.

Suppose the customer replies : "What do people like about the business formal jacket?"

Before replying, AI will survey our historical data to determine what customers have preferred most in the past.

AI Stylist : "Customers like the quality, color, and fabric of the jacket. They mention that it is lightweight and keeps them warm."

Afterwards, the customer may inquire about the quality of fabric for the jacket, request sizing information, and ultimately decide to purchase the product.

At the final step, Ai will collect the customer's order information and process their past orders to recommend additional products they may be interested in purchasing.

When the purchase is completed, the system will update the stock in the warehouse according to the quantity that the customer has just purchased, in order to prevent issues of informing other customers that the product is available when in reality it may have already been sold out.

AI also cares for customers as if they were real people, because it can be aware of the current weather conditions and will not forget to recommend products such as jackets and umbrellas.

This is an example of Ai that you can use in your own business application. AI has a wide range of capabilities, whether it's generating images or articles based on your business data, aiming to enhance the customer experience. It can also be used to integrate with data visualization to help business owners like you make faster and easier decisions.
